The roll I see myself at internship, is the big girl that helps. The one who "knows everything" and will help you out. Also for the teacher someone I can use to help me out with my own stuff. I feel that the roll I play is a pretty big one, even though some might think it's like a teachers pet job? it's really not. Every single minute I'm working with the students on there reading. It might not seem important to some. But I feel if it wasn't for me the reading capability would stay the same in a way. I'm making a difference slow but surely.
2. What is the biggest challenge face at your internship?
The biggest challenged I faced at my internship, was taking care of a new student. That was her second day at the school, the reason why is because the student had no experience with what she had to do. She had a very surprising attitude at the time. She would act good sometimes but then she would go wild. The worst part was that my mentor, was absent during that week. So that left me to stay in charge of her, It was a challenge.I went the whole day following her, making sure she wouldn't get into trouble. The substitute teacher left with a shock of how, the little one would act. I have to admit it was hard taking responsibility over her, but I gained experience.
